Parking, often a pain point at large venues, is a breeze here. The dedicated parking building is easily accessible, and a generous number of employees are on hand to guide vehicles, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival. Furthermore, the parking rates are quite reasonable, especially considering the prime location. Inside, the convention center truly shines. Even on a scorching 98°F day, the interior is refreshingly cool and consistently maintained, providing a welcome respite from the Florida heat. The convention spaces themselves are highly versatile, easily adapting to various event needs and functions. One of the standout features is the abundance and cleanliness of the restrooms; they are consistently well-stocked and impeccably maintained, a small detail that significantly enhances the overall visitor experience. Food options within the center are plentiful and cater to a range of tastes, offering convenience for attendees throughout their visit. While the construction is visible, particularly as they add a new hotel and expand event spaces, it doesn't detract from the current operational efficiency. In fact, the ongoing developments promise an even more impressive facility in the near future, including a new waterfront ballroom and expanded outdoor plaza. The Broward County Convention Center manages to deliver a highly functional and pleasant experience, expertly navigating its ambitious growth.”

“Magnificent building, but not well designed from a planning perspective. I seriously wonder whether proper traffic impact studies were done before placing such a large facility right next to a busy cruise line port. Congestion in the area is a major issue.”

“The parking situation is atrocious. It took us 45 minutes in traffic to get parked, and leaving was only marginally better. There was no functioning WiFi inside. The food options on offer were weak- mostly fried foods and donuts. It was pretty clean inside.”
